We are proud to present our latest edition of CLARITY Business Magazine (our 19th edition) which happens to coincide with the latest celebration of Miami Beach Gay Pride.
Pride events are an opportunity for a community to celebrate diversity and openness, and nowhere else on this planet is more diverse than the community we have here in Greater Miami. Our cultural richness and our acceptance of others who are different from us is what makes living here so very special. I am particularly proud of how much our Chamber reflects the community at large. The MDGLCC has a great balance of both women and men. Our membership roster also reflects the ethnic diversity of the general population. But particularly, we are especially grateful that so many of our allied businesses call MDGLCC home as reflected by over 45% of our 540 business members not being LGBT owned/operated.
MDGLCC is proud to have supported each Miami Beach Gay Pride event since its inception. As a community, this event reminds us that we can create great things and are strongest when we work together. Success is not given… it is earned. Congratulations to the 2012 Miami Beach Gay Pride Committee for yet another successful celebration. Together in Pride!
